Free AI opportunity assessment. Then we build the roadmap.

We map your processes, find where AI creates measurable value in cost, speed, or revenue, and score each opportunity by ROI and feasibility at no cost. If the numbers justify a pilot, we scope one fixed-scope engagement: a working prototype on your own data, then production with change management and measurement.

Why we start with a free assessment

Most AI proposals are demos with a six-figure invoice attached.

A consulting firm that has never looked at your processes cannot tell you which ones are worth automating. The pitch is generic, the platform is locked in from day one, and twelve months later the thing is still in UAT.

We work the other way. The assessment comes first and it comes free, built on your real processes and your real data: your volume, your error rates, your staff time, your cost per transaction. You see exactly where AI moves the needle and what each use case is worth in hours and money before any spending decision. If the assessment does not surface enough value to justify a pilot, we will tell you, and you owe nothing.

8/10
Companies we assess have at least one process that qualifies for a pilot with a payback under six months. The constraint is rarely the technology. It is knowing which process to start with.
How it works

Four steps. Assessment findings in two weeks.

No procurement loop, no open-ended retainer, no platform decision forced upfront. The whole front end runs on one form and two short calls.

1

Tell us about your business

Work email and a short description of your operations: the processes that take the most manual effort, the data you have, and the outcomes you are trying to move.

~5 minutes
2

We map and score

We walk through your processes, score each by AI feasibility and ROI, and build a prioritised opportunity map: what to try first, why, and roughly what it is worth.

One to two weeks
3

Findings call

A short call to walk through the scorecard, the top use cases, and the realistic payback range for a pilot. You keep the assessment either way.

4

Roadmap, pilot, scale

If a pilot is justified, we scope it as a fixed engagement on the highest-ranked use case. Working prototype on real data in three to six weeks. Then you decide whether to scale.

Where AI moves the needle

Three areas with proven, measurable return.

AI earns its place in a business by doing something with a number attached: cutting cost, accelerating a process, or growing revenue. These are the three areas where companies at the growth stage find the most reliable return.

Cost reduction and process efficiency

Document extraction, data entry, compliance checking, report generation, and support triage are all processes that consume staff hours without adding judgement. AI handles the volume; your team handles the exceptions. The saving is measurable within weeks of a pilot. See Document AI and AI Automation.

Speed and responsiveness

Customer support queues, knowledge retrieval, and voice answering are processes where response time is a direct driver of satisfaction and conversion. An AI layer handles the routine cases around the clock, with a human escalation path for anything outside its confidence boundary. See AI Support Agent and Knowledge Assistant.

Revenue and decision quality

Forecasting, churn scoring, pipeline analysis, and personalisation are decisions businesses make repeatedly with imperfect information. A model trained on your own data and surfaced through a natural language interface materially improves the quality and speed of those decisions. See AI Analytics.

Want the methodology? The full assessment-to-scale process, with the AI value and feasibility matrix, the build-vs-buy decision, and the governance loop, is in the complete AI transformation guide. This page gets you the free assessment; the guide is the reference.

Sample assessment output

This is what one scored use case looks like.

Every item in your AI opportunity scorecard follows the same structure: the process, the current cost or time, the AI approach, the feasibility score, and the estimated payback. The card on the right is illustrative. Your scorecard is built from your own process data.

Nothing in the assessment commits you to anything. You see the numbers and decide.

FAQ

Questions we get every week.

What does the free AI opportunity assessment actually cover? +
We map your current processes, identify where AI creates measurable value (cost reduction, speed, revenue), score each opportunity by ROI and feasibility, and hand you a prioritised shortlist with effort estimates and a rough payback range. The whole thing runs on your own data and context, not a generic template.
Do we have to commit to a full transformation programme after the assessment? +
No. The assessment is standalone and free. If the findings justify a pilot, we scope that separately and you decide then. Many clients use the assessment to align internally before committing to any external spend.
We already have an ERP and CRM. Will AI require replacing them? +
Rarely. The most practical AI deployments sit on top of existing systems, reading data they already produce and writing actions back through existing APIs. We build integrations, not replacements.
Will we be locked into a particular AI platform? +
No. We choose models and infrastructure based on what fits the problem and your constraints. You own the software and the data. If you want to run a different model or host differently later, nothing we build prevents that.
How long does a typical pilot take? +
Most pilots run three to six weeks on a single, clearly scoped use case. The goal is a working prototype on real data with measurable output, not a presentation deck. You know by the end whether it is worth scaling.
What happens to our data during the assessment and pilot? +
Data stays in your environment or under a data processing agreement. We do not train models on your data without explicit written consent. Personally identifiable data is anonymised before it touches any external model API.
