Starting a Dedicated Remote Support Session

To start a remote session immediately:

Locate “Remote Support” under the Meeting’s Home tab.
After entering the client’s email address in the “Start Session” field, hit the “Start” button.

The client will receive a message containing the meeting URL and the meeting key for others to join if necessary. The viewer, Meeting Details, and Chat windows will open when the other party enters the session. This will show the host machine prepared for remote control. If the host is still unconnected or momentarily offline, a blue screen with “Waiting for the Presenter…” will be displayed.
