The conversion rate is the percentage of people who take the desired action on your website or social media ads. A conversion rate is not just about converting non-customers into customers. It could also include converting a website visitor to a lead. For example: You have a Facebook ad in progress for an upcoming webinar and 10,000 people see that ad, but only 1,300 have signed up for the webinar. The ad led to a conversion rate of 13%.

HOW TO CALCULATE IT 🔢

The conversion rate, or conversion rate, is a measure of how many of our visits complete one of our goals.
Our win rate, compared to visits to the Site.
It is of no use to us to have a very high number of visits but not to achieve our goals, whether it be sales, subscriptions, document downloads…
The conversion rate can be applied to the entire website or for each product/service we offer, which will be much more real and clarifying.
This rate is usually expressed as:
Percentage obtained from the total number of goals achieved/Total visits.

HOW TO IMPROVE CONVERSION RATE 📈

Functionality

Offer what the customer is looking for or needs. Conversion rate functionality means that something works properly, that can be used. Much attention to error reports (pages not found, 500 errors, own errors). You cannot expect a visitor to come back another day to see if things have improved. Probably they are no longer interested in our service/product or, worse, they already got it from someone who is functional.

Accessibility

We must make sure to increase the conversion rate that our “allow to buy” page. The way to get to the product must be what the visitor chooses, not what we impose. We must not focus on one technology or one platform. We must be accessible from any device, old or new. Allow the client to decide how they want to spend their money.

Competence

Provide a nice design. You don’t have to force the customer to learn how to juggle our website.
Buying something on the Web must be just as (or more) beautiful than doing it offline.
If what I want is a quote, tell me how much it will cost me if I’m interested and I’ll give you my details and everything you need.

Intuitiveness

The word says it all to improve the conversion rate. As a client I’d rather look and buy. In a “good” store (clothes for example) from the door I can see where are the shirts, clothes, shoes…. and to buy I just have to take my new birthmark and go to the checkout. Through an e-commerce it should be the same or better. From the home page I should see what is there, if I put my eyes (the click) on a product I want to see the product and to buy it I just want to take a few steps.

Persuasiveness

Give the customer what he wants, advise him. If he has bought something suggest a complement, if you have written a post and is very successful follow that line … Adapt to the question. Study your Web Analytics reports and listen to your users.
